SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

​

All applicants should be local to Philadelphia and looking to host an event at Icebox Project Space sometime between January 3rd, 2026 and February 19th, 2025. ​ 

​

Promoters must provide: someone to run door, a sound person and any other roles necessary to producing the event. Icebox Project Space can provide a lighting designer upon request. 

​

All loud noises (music) must end before 11pm. Further building restrictions will be discussed during the submission review process.
