What is the capacity of the space?

Depending on the layout for your event (seating, tables etc.), LIGHT AND SOUND can hold around 150-350 people.

How do you determine which events are selected?

We select proposals largely based on two factors: scope and availability. Proposals for large-scale events will be favored over proposals for events that will host fewer than 40 audience members. Please view our calendar on the application page for the most up to date availability.

What is the rental rate?​

We split ticket sales and beverage sales 50/50.

I want to host a benefit event for LIGHT AND SOUND, do I need to pay a rental rate?

We are open to determining an flat rental fee for benefits and fundraisers. That feel will be determined on the amount of technical assistance required, any sales taking place during the event and other needs. Please email us if you have any questions!​
